PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% deposit is required before any alteration work begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full before collection. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, cash, or PayPal. Credit and debit cards are not accepted. Any additional design changes requested after the original quotation may be charged separately. Rush work may also incur an additional fee.

1. Consultation & Pricing
Every gown features a unique internal architecture and layering. I must personally examine the fabric and structural engineering to provide a responsible, fixed quote.
Standard threads and structural support materials are included. However, specialised imported lace, intricate beading, or premium fabrics will be charged separately.
As a Designer-Maker, I conduct a preliminary technical assessment to evaluate the garment’s structure and the feasibility of the requested modifications.
2. The Fitting Experience
To guarantee the highest quality of craft, I recommend contacting me 6–12 weeks before your wedding or event.
Crucial: You must bring the exact undergarments/shapewear and the shoes you plan to wear on the day. Shoe height dictates hem precision, while undergarments define the bodice’s structural integrity.
Due to limited studio space and the need for focused professional communication, I kindly request that you bring only one guest.
Fittings are held at my Kingston Studio to utilize professional equipment for the most precise adjustments. Home visits near Kingston are available upon special request; however, travel and service charges will apply.
3. Technical Expertise & Scope
This depends on the available seam allowance or the possibility of a structural re-design by adding complementary fabrics.
No. My studio specialises exclusively in the structural re-engineering of high-end bridal and evening wear.
Please communicate your weight loss plans early. We will finalise the scope during the fitting; changes requested after this stage will incur additional alteration fees.
4. Terms of Service
Experience shows that 2 fittings are typically sufficient to achieve a perfect silhouette and structural adjustment.
If requirements change due to personal preference after the initial quote and agreement (e.g., shortening the length further or changing the neckline), this will be treated as a new project and charged accordingly.
All alteration details are confirmed with the client during each fitting and signed off upon collection to ensure absolute satisfaction.
