Have you ever worn something beautiful, but still felt unsure in it?
Perhaps the waist didn’t sit right. The neckline felt exposed. The silhouette didn’t reflect how you see yourself. Clothing should never make you question your body. It should support it.
I’m Nikki, a Fashion Designer specialising in structural form and garment architecture. I help women feel aligned in what they wear.
Before fashion, there was the lens.
I began my career in the film era working with 35mm and medium format cameras, where exposure, aperture, and colour temperature were controlled entirely by hand. As a fashion photographer, I learned how posture transforms perception.
How a shoulder shifts authority.
How a line changes confidence.
Through the camera, I studied how women occupy space, how light, movement, and silhouette alter presence. That perspective shapes every garment I build today.
I don’t only see fabric. I see structure, balance, and the way you stand in the world.
With formal training in Pattern Cutting, Costume Design, and an MA from London College of Fashion, I engineer garments from first principles.
Fit is not about size. It is about structure.
Before final construction, I develop a toile to test proportion, tension, and movement directly on the body. When structure is correct, confidence follows naturally.
From my private studio in Kingston, I offer bridal refinement, evening wear alteration, and bespoke commissions , all built with structural clarity and discretion. If you want to feel secure in what you wear, I would love to work with you.
